NAPFA.com or similar. Basically look for a fee only financial planner. We found Tom Conway through this website and he has been great.

I am looking for a financial planner to give me advice on retirement planning - I am a Gov't employee so I'm not rich. Where should I go to look for one in the CC MD area? Is there a website or list that someone who had success could recommend to me? Just don't know where to begin....
