So why aren't there corporations marketing pot to Americans? I know that cigarettes have had a tough regulatory time. But they still exist.
We poison our water to get gas, radiate our environment to get nuclear energy, sell weapons of massacre for a buck... why not pot?
I don't think pot actually IS the insidious, damaging drug that many may claim. I've never known a violent pot smoker.
Why are we so uptight about marajuana?
I assume you're a pothead? Well, your post is the best rejoinder to your question. There are so many grammatical and spelling errors in this post. So either you're high now, or you were so high during high school and college, basic spelling and grammar really didn't sink in. A mind is a terrible thing to waste.
Not to mention its a huge drain on our taxes and police work arresting and detaining people who are obviously only using it for personal use.
I asked a friend who is an officer though, he said he really feels that it's a gateway drug and has almost never arrested someone for pot that didn't have something worse going on (possession of a worse drug or gun or some sort of prior history of arrest for something more serious)

Why would you assume the poster is a pothead? I have never smoked it in my life but I feel the same way. It's not remotely as dangerous as cigarettes or alcohol.

Police and prison unions/companies lobby against marijuana.
Guess who else? Criminals. Drug cartels bribe/work to keep them illegal, because they'll lose their business.
There's a lot of money to be made to keep people in jail and to keep it illegal.
