I've started January by cutting out anything with flour (bread, crackers, pretzels, cookies, etc) It's forced me to eat more protein, which is much more filling. I'm down 5lbs.
If you're not ready to do that, then I suggest you eat more at breakfast and make sure you eat some protein (yogurt, BabyBel light cheese) plus some fruit between 3-4pm. That will take the edge off and curb the evening hunger. Also be sure to drink lots of water with your dinner. That will fill you up.
Good luck!
You've lost 5 pounds since the beginning of January? I'm so jealous I'm having convulsions.
I often eat half a box of recreational cereal at 10pm and it just has to stop.
