From what I've been told its primarily for Ward five residents and not test in. I hope DCPS changes both of these and makes it city wide and test in with some seats set aside for Ward five students

Anyone have additional info. on this? Will it be a test-in? Open with a full 6-8 grade contingent in 2013, or start with just 6th?
