Turkey bacon. Greek yogurt. Chives. Also cooked spinach with feta cheese. Fried mushrooms. Canned corn. Hummus. Falafel.

We just did this the other night. Amy's makes a canned low-sodium vegetarian chili, so did that with a bit of cheese and sour cream and roasted broccoli on the side.

DH isn't always fond of meat-free meals, but thought we should do this one more often. No-fuss and great for this weather.
