A little further up the pike - JCCGW - two swim sessions per day, one instructional, one recreational.

We live in Bethesda, but I took my 4-year-old to the Horizons Camp at National Presbyterian School last summer (the drive wasn't bad.) She had swimming lessons twice a week, and really made good progress. She liked the camp a lot.

A little out of your target area-but my daughter attended summer camp at Lowell school in NW last summer and had a great time. The swimming lessons were her favorite part.

Green Acres does but it's North Bethesda/Rockville. They do have bus service though.
