Not sure what kind of class you're looking for. I was at CFA, and they do an "orientation" for new IVF patients, which goes over how to do all of your injections. Take good notes, and take the practice needles/syringes from the nurse to try yourself. Even after this, I still was reading and googling things the first night I did my shots, but it came together pretty quickly after that. As far as when I decided to go to IVF, I had a few failed IUIs, and I was ready to get the show on the road. It'll be daunting at first, but after the first time or so that you give yourself injections, you turn into an old pro.
