If you would want to know, you'd be checking out your kids's texts periodically. Also, even if you'd delete it, it wouldn't help. Recipient already forwarded it and can easily get it back.

Hard to imagine what was said by OP's kid that is still making the rounds after four years. There are no solutions for OP's son except to live through it. But OP did a huge favor for the rest of us reminding us keep talking to our kids about watching what they send.

It is an iphone? Google how to hack into an iphone. Or if you know the number, then find a way to send an attachment that has a virus on it

4 years? How old are these kids now that they were texting that long ago and saving them?

Wouldn't other people wonder about something that far in the past?

There is no way to get rid of the text your child sent. As someone else mentioned, what about the people who it was forwarded to?

Yes, it was 4 years ago. By gones are not by gones as there is no forgiveness. This person is bossy and gets along with my kid as long as he let's him dominate.

I think this says as much about the other person as it does about your DS. It's a good life lesson for both. I'm sorry this is happening to your DS but on the up side he has learned to think twice before firing off an angry text/email/etc.

Seriously...??? No, it cannot be deleted unless you foresnsically wipe the other child's device. Even then you would not be able to delete any copies.

Ds sent a nasty text message to someone 4 years ago. Now they occationally get along and sometimes do not. Is there a way he could have the text message deleted, that he sent? Any chance the provider could help with this?
This other person has saved the message and kept it all these years and is showing it off to other people. My kid is no angel either, but this out of proportion
