OP, this sounds really cool, and frankly like something I'd love to participate in. Good luck!

Will you provide one of the food options also? To not do so would seem strange to me.

I'm starting a vegan dinner club and am looking for an pointers or advice. Not only have I never hosted this kind of thing, I've never gone to anything like it.

The format is pretty straightforward: everyone brings a dish that conforms to the theme (which will vary - things such as ethnic cuisines, a specific course like apps or dessert and seasonal themes). Participants can bring spouses or significant others. I'll supply the paper products and silverware. I'll also provide water and juices. I will ask for the recipes ahead of time vi email and then make a binder of them so people can see them at the dinner. Afterwards, I'll email the recipes to everyone.

Anything I'm overlooking? Ant other tips, pointers or advice?

TIA! I'm super excited.
