Take it easy and go with the flow. Order Chinese or pizza. You'll all fondly remember this Christmas as being different. And if you really want to, make something special for New Years and call it a Christmas/NYs combo.

I'm in the same boat and figured we'd go out to dinner - we have no family in town. But there are so few restaurants open... now I'm wishing that I had planned around cooking. If I were the OP, I'd race to Balduccis and get some prepared sides, and do a honey baked ham. We've been getting by with the grilll, rice maker, toaster oven, micro, and a single burner temporarily but it's getting really old, esp in lousy weather.

I'm making a veal and lamb stew. The recipe also calls for dark beer and red wine. So delicious!

Can you buy a pre-cooked ham and heat it up in the toaster oven?

If you have a grill you can do a turkey pretty easily. Otherwise, maybe you could do some chicken breasts in a saucepan.

Do you have frozen shrimp? You could do something like a shrimp scampi.

Chili
Stir fry

Do you have a BBQ outside? If so, go grill some of the meat.

Breaded chicken cutlets?

Do you have a big Dutch oven you can use on the stovetop?

What meats do you have? Are we talking hamburger meat, whole pork loin, filet, fish?

Go out and buy a crockpot if you want a meat or pot roast.

You can also braise on a stove top in a Dutch oven.
