I don't see why not, but make sure everyone likes it. I know a lot of people hate lamb. It seems to be one of those things people either love or hate, not like beef or chicken which most non-vegetarians eat without batting an eye.

I did one a few years ago and it was simply delicious. Just make sure you have a big enough pan.
