This house is really close to Downtown Silver Spring but agree it does look like it needs work.
Live in a dump that's close to the hood. Sounds like a two-fer.

I'm a bit of a Colonial Village/Shepherd park fan, my DH, not so much, so I don't think I'd ever be able to convince him. But it's big and has good bones, right? Anyone seen it?
