Sounds good to me! Roasts are hard to mess up as long as you don't over-cook it.

This sounds yummy. Paula Deen does a French lamb chop this way.wont be garlicky of you only used one teaspoon. Pls let us know how it turned out.

Has anyone here made this recipe? Does it sound good? I use allrecipes for a lot of new recipes and they usually never fail me (I only choose the ones with really high ratings). I don't really like garlic but followed the recipe as listed. Now the house just smells like garlic! Please tell me this is not going to be a giant garlicky mess.
