As long as it is one page, you are fine.

Include all the accomplishments you can think of, and show the increasing responsibility and productivity in your current job -- to show you stayed because you were constantly challenged and constantly contributing more, not because you're too lazy to move.

I think anything other than education that you did more than 7 years ago is irrelevant to most employers. This is why my resume doesn't t include my 6-week stint as Chuck E Cheese in high school.

OP, if you were at your previous post for a long time, be sure to include as much detail as you think will reflect positively on you. As someone who occasionally has to go thru resumes, I'd MUCH prefer to see one that is substantive, direct and relatively honest, than one that has pumped-up or irrelevant stuff - in other words, I'd much rather see your resume than the kids who come out of grad school with a 4 page resume even though they've never held a paying job.

I have one professional/post grad school job (was there for many years) on my resume. It was a good job and is specifically relevant to the positions I'm applying to now after being SAHM, but still, it's just one job. Should I put internships I held during grad school down under experience as well? Or just add more to the list of accomplishments at that job to fill the page?
