With the outside zipper pockets, you can put the allergy medicine in the small bottom one and you never have to dig for it when you need it.

I use Le Sportsac's Deluxe Everyday Bag. The strap goes from over the shoulder length to cross-body when fully extended. Lots of patterns and no animals killed in the making of. And I do think Zappos carries them.

I'm in the market for a small cross body bag to replace the Sherpani one I currently use. I don't see any Sherpanis that really excite me. I would prefer non-leather and $50 or less, but can do up to $100. I need it to be able to fit a small bag holding two epi-pens and Benadryl spoons, as well as my wallet, cell phone, and a few other items. Bonus points if I can buy it on Zappos!
