We had turducken a few years ago and went with a Cajun theme. Red beans and rice or jambalaya for a starch. Can't remember what we did for green vegetable but I bet you could google some recipes

Can anyone suggest some sides to make with a turducken we are having for Christmas? Was thinking one starch and one veggie at minimum? Thanks.
