Thongs are totally uncomfortable. I'm long time married, Dh doesn't mind the granny panties and they are so comfy.

What's a Hanky Panky anyway?

I get skid marks on my thong.

Ditto. Can't imagine wearing anything else.

Hank pankys low rise don't show when you bend down, that is why I like them so much.

Even when I was young and in shape--these never appealed to me. Feel the same way about the "crack" as mentioned by PP.

Hanky Pankys everyday for this thirtysomething!

Spanx. Agree with PP we can see the thong. I hate panty lines too, but thongs are NOT a magic bullet.

Still wear Hanky Panky but the string thong is starting to retire to the back of my drawer.

Yikes! I love hanky panky and wore them even through my pregnancy. They're comfortable and cute. I don't have a tramp stamp but I do have a tight butt.

I did when I was in my 20's and had a little tight butt. Now I really don't like the feeling of having something up my crack all day long.
I wear cotton bikinis (nothing very granny though) and if dh doesn't like it it really doesn't matter since he isn't quite what he was in his 20s either
Btw, if I see a thong on someone over 40 (yes we all can see it when you sit down) it kind of screams of desperation a la Terri Hatcher and Demi Moore

What do these http://www.mylot.com/w/image/2235904.aspx

Have to do with panty lines?

What is trashy is calling them thongs, it is a thong. Now go cover your tramp stamp

There are other choices besides thongs, granny panties and boy shorts.

Thongs are trashy. I'm still young enough to wear them, but find them repulsive. I'd rather wear a nice, sexy bra & panty set.
