Agree that Chef Geoff's is kid-friendly and has something for everybody.

Our kids have had a good time at the downtown location. But for Christmas Eve, I think I'd want the original on New Mexico Ave. Something depressing about downtown on Christmas Eve, I think. Foxhall's a little more residential and homey.

If they're open, that is. I trust PP on that.

I'd get reservations wherever you decide. We usually go out and the one year we didn't, we had a hard time finding a place.
