nice long shower and extra care with personal grooming (eyebrow plucking, toenails, etc).

Then lounge around in PJs, clear things off the DVR, maybe while doing something low stress like putting clothes away or something.

Or there's always the nap on the couch option.

Or just curl up with a good book.
