I'm another example. 45 years old. Mom of five kids. Other than the breast implants, my body is very similiar to the models. Wish I could have her face and hair! She is not super cut. She is simply healthy. Not sure how you define working out religiously and eating healthy - but if it's true, you should have no problem at all looking like that.
I don't even eat that healthy. I do run at least three or four miles five days a week. I do either P90X or Insanity four times a week.
