Yes, I know I spend less. For me, it's easier to plan ahead which means fewer impulse buys and unncecessary trips to the store in between deliveries.

Yes, very much so (that I spend less). Peapod also saves my prior orders so I can just click them again. It helps me concentrate on staples. I don't "browse" the aisles on the Peapod site like I do in the bricks and mortar store. My eye is not caught by the endcaps and special displays. So I do save. The issue for me is that I still get all my produce at Whole Foods b/c I haven't had the best experience with Peapod's produce. Whole Foods still trips me up b/c I don't have enough willpower to avoid the other sections of the store.

If you use a grocery delivery service (like peapod), do you feel like you spend less for groceries than when you went to the store? Fewer impulse buys? Do you find yourself still going to the store to pick up stuff anyway?
