I didn't use sun-dried tomatoes; instead, I added a chopped red bell pepper and a big bag of baby spinach. I also added almost an entire 10 oz jar of pesto. That was the real star ingredient. I found that I needed a little less flour and a little more milk than called for, as the cheese made the mixture quite thick. The recipe got rave reviews; will definitely make again.
