Thanks everyone. What's the best stuffing if I order from Cajun Grocer - pork/cornbread/rice, cornbread, creole pork & cornbread stuffing, pork sausage?

I use to order Cajun Grocer and now I get Harris Teeter.

I am pretty sure Harris Teeter gets them from Cajun Grocer or something similar. They seemed the same to me.

So much fun - BTW - our christmas is too small to do a Turducken but we do them for other types of gatherings and they are just yummy and fun.

Another place to order from is Herbert's Specialty Meats in Maurice, La (tho they have several other locations including Texas where I think the actual ordering is done from)
Also try their deboned stuffed chickens that you can get with things like broccouli and cheese or aligator and rice. I was home for Thanksgiving and brought back a cooler full for the coming year.

No but I admit to desperately wanting to try it.

We got one from Cajun Grocer for Christmas Eve last year and it was yum.

Anyone purchased a Turducken from Harris Teeter? I see they are selling them but was wondering if they were any good or if we should stick to ordering one from the Cajun Grocer in New Orleans. We thought we'd try it out for Christmas dinner this year, something different.
