For #1, it took two fresh cycles (one BFN, one worked). For #2, it took three frozen (all BFN) and one fresh. So my overall success rate is 2/6. I had a consult with the RE after the third failed FET and he said that he believed it was just a numbers issue for us, and I trusted his opinion (turns out he was right). If that last fresh cycle had not worked, I most likely would have gotten a second opinion at one of the "big clinics" (CCRM or Cornell). If I was in your shoes, I would probably start thinking about getting a second opinion.

I got pregnant on my 2nd fresh cycle. I had a chemical pregany on my 1st, BFN on the first frozen, and BFP (twins) on my second fresh.

I agree. Also, I would push for the miscarriage testing (they want to wait until 3, but push for it after 2). Getting pregnant twice is a really good sign, even though you miscarried (I'm sorry for your losses.).

14:34 here. What type of testing are you talking about? I had a D&C for my first miscarriage, and they did a full chromosomal analysis. This one is much earlier, and my bleeding started a couple of hours ago. Do you mean testing on the abortus? Or something else? If I want to get testing of the tissue from this miscarriage, does anyone know what I can do?

I do know of several people who got pregnant on their 6th or more IVF cycle.

I want to add that I'm also wondering if it's crazy to go to a 5th cycle. I'm 34 as is DH, and I have very good AMH levels.

We have had 4 unsuccessful cycles with "perfect" embryos and the lining looking "fantastic." I realize that at some point it is a numbers game, so I'm just curious if anyone got pregnant after 5 or more cycles.
