Because the WIPPSI IV is so new, most schools that require the WIPPSI are accepting either the III or IV this year.

Some schools use the WISC-IV for middle school as well.

Seems unlikely since it won't be published until summer, 2013!

If you mean the WISC-IV (for ages 6-16), many require it in the primary grades, then switch to the SSAT or ISEE for middle school.
