She's not a discount photographer (why would you want that for you one time only newborn?), but she was just wonderful to work with, and her photographs are amazing.

What a coincident, I found him off craigslist too, but mine was a wedding. After searching and hearing people paying over $3000 for wedding pictures taken and I went to Craigslist. I paid less than half of the price and he gave us a nice photobook along with all the original photos and everything. Yup, he is giving us discount on maternity and the new born.

a friend Sarah Kelber takes GORGEOUS pictures (she works for the Baltimore Sun and takes photography on the side). I've always assumed if we were lucky enough to get pregnant, we'd use her. She even took some of our favorite wedding pics (she just brought her camera).

Love her. And since she's not IN DC, she's GOT to be cheaper than some of the people in the city - who are really expensive.

Never used her before but I like her style.

My first baby, always wanted to have pictures taken for the memories. Any of you guys have done that or about to? How about photographers? recommendation and cost? I always think do it before it's too late............
