Do you have an outgoing personality, a thick skin and a large reserve of cash to get you through the first six months or so when you will not have any money coming in plus pay for all of the upfront costs?

Do you have young kids? I would think it could be difficult since you'll be working evenings and weekends on top of during the day times.

Is it a good job? Is it worth it? I'm always so interested in real estate and always have been but it seems like a tough job (saturated market, open houses, bad inventory in our area,etc)
