It doesn't look like a 15 mil house to me, looks just ok from the street and actually pretty close to its neighbors. I would expect not to see neighbors house in the picture for this price tag, it's not Manhattan that people paying millions agree to live close proximity to others. And it's not like Foxhall is an urban area either.
