Our school still used actual grades for 4th & 5th. 2.0 was only implemented for K-3 thus far.

D. My only kid currently in MCPS is in third grade and we never had proper letter grades prior to this. P and I are as good as O and N, in my book - either way I had to look at the key on the report card to understand where my child was. Anyway, what really matters to me is what my child's teacher tells me.

I'm happy not to start "tracking" at such a young age (3rd grade) and otherwise have confidence that DD is progressing well.

A.
but only because the school says one thing, the teacher said something different, and everyone I know is getting different information. If we could get solid information I would be on the side of D-don't care.
