It needs some updating, but I think the price reflects that. It seems to have a lot of space for the price. I think it's a good value.

Hideous on the outside. I don't care for the kitchen, and the bathrooms need updating. Not a bad price, but I wouldn't go for it.

Hard to tell from the pix but kitchen may be in the back? Might not want to lose that space by expanding...

Longtime resident of CC here and I think this price is pretty much on the money. Not a fan of the style but lots of space. Looks like a lot more front yard than back, though? Could you expand the kitchen at some point in the future without having to add on?

I would say it is very good value. Only negative for that area is lack of metro access.

OK, not everyone's favorite colonial style. And I would for choice have 4 beds up. Kitchen small and dated. But location seems great--? and it seems nicely done. Even a bit of land.
What's your thinking--good value?
