I make my own with 2% milk, so I know exactly what's in it, and strain it to make it Greek-style. It's easier than you think, only about 5 mins active time.
I eat it with granola and stewed fruit/ honey, or even with a drizzle of olive oil and za'atar.

Buy plain, organic low-fat yogurt -- greek or Dannon. Add your own fresh fruit or a teaspoon of local honey.
The non-fat sugar free crap makes me weep--it's not even close to being what yogurt should be.

Buy plain yogurt and use jam to sweeten. I add nuts, flaxseed or granola. Much tastier and much healthier!

Buy plain, storebrand. Read the label!!!
Yoghurt is one of those things where companies cheat and sell crap!!!
As in; high fructose corn syrup! Aspartame! Did I mention corn syrup? Wheat! Artificial flavors! You name it!
There should only be milk in yoghurt - and the cultures!
I look at the label sometimes and think: WTH?! This shouldn't even be allowed!
I think your " light and fit " is one of the offenders actually!

I like the succint explanation on Eat This, Not That:
I am trying to watch my weight. I LOVE yogurt, but am always switching around brands/kinds depending on what's on sale. I usually buy non-fat, low calorie options (Dannon Light n Fit). These are under 100 calories per cup (usually 80-90) and boast a "fat free" label.
However, I've heard that yogurt with full-fat or at least some fat is better and keeps you fuller longer.
