FYI -- People with neurological difficulties/mental retardation/developmental delays tend to smile with their mouths wide open. They do not have the muscle control to execute a smile with a "tongue push."

It just doesn't come across as genuine. At least Suri knows how to smile properly from what I have seen.

It's her fake smile for all of the cameras that follow her 24-7. She doesn't want to come off a bitch, but also isn't happy to have them in her face. They are a necessary evil.
