I'm pretty sure ours didn't, but we had a 2009, so it might've changed. We had stopped using the bassinet by the time it got cold, but the BundleMe fit (though a little awkward) on the normal Vista seat.

Does the JJ Cole Bundle Me fit on the UppaBaby Vista bassinet? Just planning ahead for this winter--it's already getting cold!
