NP here. I went to Rockville Presbyterian last year a bit. It was a nice church--- I liked the pastor and her message/sermons. I liked its outreach program. But it was really small. I was looking for something much larger, with more of a music program.

Someone has suggested Gaithersburg Presbyterian. I know it has a pre-school, so chances are good it would be a bit larger with a more active family membership.

I haven't checked out the Methodist church in downtown Rockville. I think that one is larger than Presbyterian.

Are your kids close to anyone at school who goes to church? Other teens might have the best recommendation.

We're at Christ Episcopal in Rockville. The church is located in the downtown area - if you're in Bethesda that might be too far north for you. My older two are in the youth program, and they have a great time. We also have a pretty active outreach program.

Who can recommend their protestant church in Bethesda/Rockville/Kenisngton with an active teen youth program, fun welcoming congregation, and active outreach? Especially interested in Presyterian, but open to other denominations and non-denominational too. Thanks.
