We used my truck buddy for out 2 bedroom 2nd floor condo. Took them 4 hours to load truck, drive to new home and unpack us. Cost was $600 plus we tipped the guys another $100. So they had to carry things down the stairs, a long walkway and then into our SFH. We packed everything ourselves and had it well orgnaized. As the move is based on time the more organized you are (packed, boxes stacked/ready to go, furniture disassembled) the less it will cost.

We packed ourselves and it was $2500 with Beltway. We slacked on packing at the end, and I think it would have been a little less if we were more organized with everything packed before they got there.

I have heard good things about Von Paris in Maryland, for both local and long-distance moves. Sorry, I don't know anything about their cost.

Great experience and price from my truck buddy. Less expensive than two marines

I've heard good things about Two Marines Moving. Plus, you hire vets.
