Google Paula Deen's pumpkin gooey butter cake. Pretty easy, and really good. However, don't put in all the powdered sugar that she calls for - I think she calls for a box. I always use about 2/3 of whatever amount of sugar she calls for.

If you happen to work near a Trader Joe's, grab some of their pumpkin butter. Serve it with crackers and peppered goat cheese. To die for.
