My office doesn't do costume contests. If they didn't, I wouldn't participate b/c I can't get my act together. This morning, I had to remember to take to daycare:

Both my kids' costumes.
Two lunches.
Cupcakes and yogurts for the daycare parties we signed up for.
Various items for trick-or-treating that daycare requested.
Most importantly, signed doctor's forms for epi-pens, Benadryl, and one other item.

I could barely remember it all!

The support staff do, it's a nice way to give one of them a good-sized gift card. The attorneys don't or do something half-hearted -- would be unseemly for an attorney to take the prize when it is really intended for support staff to win, as they don't get paid as well as we do.
