and, if it's a page-turner you want, the hunger games trilogy is so easy to read and so much fun.

"Isaac's Storm" -- nonfiction account of the hurricane that destroyed Galveston at the turn of the last century. Much, much better than that sounds.

I recently downloaded The Passage (apocalyptic story) and Season of the Witch (because I'm into Icelandic thrillers lately). Haven't read them yet. Recently read When it Happens to You, which is in the "$3.99 and under" list and In One Person (latest John Irving novel). I enjoyed both.
