Oops--I think these are the recipes for the actual items on the menu. The other recipes must be extras.

I thought this was the beginning of one recipe.
2- 5 oz. cans chunk light tuna
2- 5-6 oz. cans chunk light chicken
4 pouches lemon and dill pink salmon steaks 2- 15-16 oz. jars creamy peanut butter

FYI--just came across these links and thought I would share. It's a 3-day menu of foods that can be prepared without power or refrigeration, including a grocery list and recipes. If we end up losing power for an extended period I may have to give some of these a try.
