I agree with PP -- 3 points for walking -- 1 point for the running.

If I were to guess, I would give myself 4 points

Use "jogging". They have walk/jog, which is walking with no more than 10min of jogging thrown in, they have two different speeds of walking and they have running.

From what I can tell, anything averaging 12min/mi and slower is considered walking or walk/jog, 10-12min/mil is jogging and faster than 10min/mi is running.

I can't seem to find points for a run/walk of 40 mins, with 15 min of running at a 5.6mph pace and 25 mins of walking at a 3.8mph pace. Can anyone help me calculate?

Thanks.
