Yes. I get them from exercising and using any kind of head phones/ear buds etc. Normally they work themselves out but if I'm really impatient then I try to use rubbing alcohol.

OMG yes! I'll randomly touch my ear and feel one on the inside or inside ridge. Usually I give it a little scratch/pop and it's gone. So weird.

There's nothing wrong with using rubbing alcohol in and around your ear canal. As someone already said, it's standard treatment for swimmer's ear. Anyway, it sounds like just using the alcohol around the ear canal should do the trick, since that's the primary site of the pimple.

Swimmer's ear drops, which you can buy over the counter, are basically alcohol and sterile water. I can't use them because I also have eczema in my ears. Instead, I use prescription acetic acid drops, which balances the PH in your ears but also kills bacteria.

alcohol will probably sting and a dab of hydrogen peroxide won't

04:13 here. Use a cotton swab for the alcohol, don't pour it in there! The alcohol will help clean the area and dry out the excess oil or wax build up.

I get them whenever I have used ear buds.

I wouldn't clean them daily. You might dab hydrogen peroxide on a baby safe q-tip and dab inside your ear.

(Also, make sure your finger nails are trimmed and clean--you might be scratching inside your ears without noticing. So try not to do this either.)

Do you have oily skin or waxy ears? Try cleaning your ears with rubbing alcohol daily.

Does anyone else get zits in their ears? Every now and then I get one inside my ear canal or on the ridge of my ear just outside of the ear canal. They are horribly painful. Does this happen to anyone but me? What do you do about them?
