I am not sure if they are logged anywhere. But they could be. Call the city/county and ask. Or ask the next policeman you happen upon. If the police had to break up anything - a fight, big party, there may be info on that.

So you have a noisy neighbor but you don't want to call the police because your home is on sale and you fear that potential buyers will find out you made a noise complaint? Are you moving because of the noise?

If a home owner calls the police to complain about excessive noise from a neighbor, are such complains registered in some database (both the address of the person who calls to report and / or the house making the noise)? Can potential home buyers have access to such records and check for complains placed by a particular address' owner of against a particular address' neighboring homes? Thanks
