Fitness is more related to health, I also thought it was weird to dump fitness along w fashion and beauty.

Have you thought of rearranging the threads into "Health, Fitness and Medicine" and "Fashion and Beauty", rather than rolling Fitness into Fashion and Beauty? A lot of exercise posts seem more health related, rather than beauty related.
