Cut out the "diet" green tea. Green tea should not be diet, as there are no calories in it. If you are saying that you are drinking green tea with additional chemicals added, that is gross and not paleo.
Tequila works too. But, no sugar, just tequila and lemon.
What do you usually drink? My guess is that whatever it is usually contains a bunch of sugar. If so, you are just going cold turkey, and those cravings should pass soon. But, adding chemicals won't help in that process at all.
I usually have tea and splenda, the taste of plain water makes me gag. I eat well but def have a splenda addiction I want to kick
