I also love Le Creuset. Growing up, my mother had a burnt orange Dutch oven ( she still has it). I associate such wonderful memories with some of my favorite recipes that were made there (like her beef stew). I had always wanted one as an adult, but could never bring myself to buy one. So my wife surprised me with a blue Dutch oven (my favorite color) for Christmas a few years ago. I still love that pot and use it a lot.
My only caveat is that if you have a gas stove, I would recommend against the white one. The constant flames will eventually discolor the enamel. I've found that the white is the one color that really shows this poorly.
