Subject: ISO Low-Roughage Recipe
I think so, but I was told mushy as well. I am not totally sure though, and thought that others might have this restriction as well and could chime in.
I am thinking shepard's pie (without peas) is a good option.
Isn't "low roughage" just basically no vegetables? Meat and potatoes, tacos, pasta with butter or olive oil and herbs, mac and cheese, roasted chicken, grilled steaks.
What am I missing?

Subject: ISO Low-Roughage Recipe
A friend of mine is having some health issues, and has asked my help in pulling together some "low roughage recipes." Any suggestions? Thanks.
