Never, but then I'm used to the rule that you never wait for a space, but take the first available that you find and walk. I've often followed another car into a parking lot, parked at the back and made it into the store before the first car while they sat and waited for a "close in" spot. So, for me, parking and walking is normal and I've never felt the need to take the close in spot. I would be mortified if me as an able-bodied person took up a spot for a pregnant woman. And note, I do drive a hybrid. I have no idea what that is about. Are there actually places that have reserved spots for hybrids? I've heard of HOV waiver, but parking spots? Seriously?
