In my case I was JUST like the OP. However I alwasy had small tits which made my stomach look that much worse.
It took my metabolism a FULL 2 years after baby #2 to start working again properly. I took up running and now I can eat much much more than in the past. I also lost a total of 35lbs. I'd love to lose 10 more (which would put me in a size 2), but i must say, I look amazing from where I've come from. To lose those extra 10lbs would take strict diet control, but I think I'll hang on to the extra 10lbs and enjoy some Chineese carry-out from time to time.
I am like you and OP (except I, like OP, have the big boobs.) There is something hard about baby #2 on the body. It will come off and it does take 2 years almost. I have had to exercise a lot and really watch what I eat. I only gained 25 lbs during pregnancy too. I am also 40 (cue sobbing in 4, 3, 2..). Lose it before you turn 40 or get deep into your 40s because it becomes MUCH harder as you age!!![]()

Also, stay away from processed foods and anything packaged in plastic.
BPAs, endocrine disruptors, makes men into women and women into big fat women.
Anyone else noticed the upswing in man-boobs at the pool? Sometimes on skinny men. Try to control what you eat and where your food came from.

Im now 35 and I just look huge. Much of the weight is concentrated around my stomach- I used to have large (D or DD) breasts; now my stomach sticks out farther than my boobs and my boobs for the first time in my life seem TOO small.
I'm trying to loose weight but it's like my metabolism has ground to a halt.
Is this normal? I hate the fact that I went from being on the normal side (to thinnish side, if i worked at it) before my second pregnancy to looking like my mother's dumpy suburban friends who are in their 50s and 60s overnight.
