Then your daughter could wear her ballet outfit and you could just hire someone to get the kids up and dancing (doing any variety of dance moves). We went to a birthday party today with a woman who sang and got the kids jumping and dancing in all sorts of silly ways. The kids were all 3 and 4 (mixed gender) and had a ball.

I am only struggling with the "dancing/music" part. If it was strictly a ballet party I could try to hire one of the ballet teachers to do a "mini session," but I don't think boys would like that. Maybe something more "spunky" like hip hop? Well, not REAL hip hop, but you get the drift.
While my DD didn't ask for a ballet theme party, it is the things she most like at the moment. She would love a ballet/dancing party.
Anyway, just brainstorming....

DD's been to batman parties, but it seems different (yes, I realize it's sexist but it's amazing how early kids lock into "boy" and "girl" things!).
