Talking Points Memo has an interesting teaser -- McCaskill: Akin To The Right Of Fringe GOP. I read that as saying that Claire McCaskill is akin to the tea party. That seemed like a strange comment from a liberal website about a Democratic senator. It turned out to mean that McCaskill is accusing her opponent, Todd Akin (of the "legitimate rape" comment), of being to the right of the tea party.

Gotta be careful when you write about a guy whose name happens to be an everyday word.
